Clarification of Staff Movement, Misrepresentation of Organization & Career Credentials
It is our duty to inform members of public and interested parties on the outdoing movement of management staff from Agape. It has come to our attention that 2 ex-management staff has misrepresented the organization and their career credentials during their stint with Agape Group Holdings and our subsidiaries. They are
1) AHMAD LUTFI
Mr. Ahmad Lutfi (FIN: F21XX271N) is no longer a Deputy CEO of Agape Group Holdings and her subsidiaries. His employment contract with the organization has ceased since early 2016 due to misconduct, breach of integrity and professional code of conduct. He has taken a personal loan from the organization to set up his business and has failed to make full loan restitution to the organization. During his service with Agape, he was found moonlighting and assisting another competing organization in developing their business. The organization is currently considering proceeding with legal proceedings and writ of summon against the subject within the next 2 months as we will be offering him an opportunity to resolve this out of court. We understand that he is currently employed with another outdoor leadership company and would like to inform you that he is not to represent Agape Group Holdings or her current or past events at any time till the time of settlement.
2) AHMAD FIKRI AZIZ
Mr. Ahmad Fikri Aziz is no longer the senior manager of Agape Group Holdings and her subsidiaries. He has resigned from the organization to pursue further studies. He has since breached the termination clause of his employment contract where he needs to serve an 18-month Non competition period. It has also come to our attention that Ahmad Fikri has misrepresented his career credentials during his stint with Agape Group. In his credentials on http://www.sldc.edu.sg/index.php/about/sldc-team/165-fikri (as of 12 August 2016), he declared that he has been active as a Project Director in numerous projects and camps around Singapore such as, SG50 The Recollection Trail 2015, AG CLA Youth Leaders’ Summit 2015, Team SG Asean Para Games Camp 2015 and ASEAN Youth Leaders Exchange & Action Programme 2016 (AYLEAP).
Unfortunately, these were not the case. We wish to inform you that he is NOT the project director for any of the projects mentioned above. It is unprofessional and unethical to provide inaccurate information to members of the public. The organization is currently considering proceeding with legal proceedings and writ of summon against the subject within the next 2 months as we will be offering him an opportunity to amend his resume truthfully. We understand that he is currently employed with another outdoor leadership company and would like to inform you that he is not to represent Agape Group Holdings or her current or past events at any time.
